Simon Vanlaethem

Simon focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and liquidation. He also has extensive experience in commercial law, particularly in drafting contracts. As well as advising clients, he also assists them with a range of litigation matters, specialising in corporate law disputes.

He is currently specialising in wine law, ensuring that he offers the most extensive services to players in the Belgian, European and international wine sector, whether in consulting or litigation.
