She drafts and negotiates a wide range of contracts, related to corporate law (articles of association, shareholders agreements, etc) and commercial law, including life science related agreements (license agreements, manufacturing agreements, promotion and co-promotion agreements, supply agreements, distribution and agency agreements, etc.).

Moreover, she also has a large expertise in litigation matters, whether judicial or not, in the above-mentioned fields.  She regularly advises with respect to complex litigations with international aspects.
