LMBD recently took over the activities of the “Bützler & Geinger” law firm.

After a remarkable career of more than 35 years as an attorney at the Court of Cassation (Belgium’s Supreme Court), initially in partnership with Bar Dean René Bützler and, until 2000, with Mr Bruno Maes as an associate, Ms. Huguette Geinger decided to put an end to her professional activities.

Our main objective is to ensure the continuity of the high quality of service in cassation cases. To this end, the associates of Ms. Geinger will soon be working in the LMBD cassation team led by Mr Bruno Maes, with the help of his partner Fabrice Mourlon Beernaert, who was also trained with Bützler and Geinger.

The team will thus consist of 10 specialised lawyers and two assistants.
