Harold Minjauw acted as lead attorney to DC Industrial – DC Resources / Group De Cloedt in the acquisition of a majority stake in two Polish marine aggregates concession holders from Poland’s Nowak Group, as well as in the establishment of two joint ventures with Nowak Group active in the management and development of marine aggregates concessions respectively in the handling and distribution of marine aggregates in Poland, through the Port of Gdansk, and elsewhere in Northern Europe.
