Harold represents national and international clients in a variety of litigious matters, both before the ordinary and administrative Belgian courts and in arbitration (including ICC in Belgium and abroad, CEPANI and ad hoc panels). Litigation i.a. included corporate (including shareholders’), energy, logistics & distribution, directors’ liability, product liability, non-compete, lease and general commercial issues, as well as matters related to works of art and construction defects.
Harold’s client portfolio consists of public and private corporations, both Belgian and international (in particular North-American, Japanese, Brazilian, German, Canadian, French and Italian), most of which are internationally active and including Fortune 500 corporations. Harold also regularly advises industrial families (including various Top 100 Belgian industrial families) and high net worth individuals.
Harold’s main clients are active in the following sectors: real estate, high-tech industrial and consumer manufacturing and engineering, dredging and construction materials, packaging, life sciences, energy, logistics (including by rail), financial holdings, venture capital and private equity, and banking.
