professor” at the University of Brussels – ULB since 1997 and teaches
general civil law and contract law and since 2000 also company law.

Fabrice represents and assists national and international clients in a variety of litigation before Belgian courts, including the Supreme Court and Belgian administrative courts, and has been involved in several arbitration proceedings.

Fabrice has authored and co-authored several publications in the field of company law, mergers and acquisitions, evidence, special contracts, procedure law – and, especially, Supreme Court proceedings.
