- acts as adviser and litigator in directors’ liabilities issues
- advises clients in corporate restructuring in an insolvency context
- represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes including litigation, arbitration and mediation
- advises and defends directors before the criminal Belgian courts in the area of corporate criminal law (especially in case of bankruptcy) and white collar criminality
- advises and defends company auditors in disciplinary and liabilities issues
- advises on contractual issues and the drafting and negotiation of all types of commercial agreements
He has also developed a special expertise in sport law as Federal Adjunct Prosecutor of the Union Royale Belge des Sociétés de Football, and deals frequently as attorney with legal issues regarding the football law (football contracts, players transfers, regulatory matters, agents, sponsorship, restructuring of clubs), and professional golfers.
