Harold Minjauw assisted the Dutch reference shareholder of PKF Pallets (The Netherlands) and its Dutch lead counsel HerikVerhulst on the Belgian legal aspects and documentation relating to PKF Pallets BV’s take-over by Foresco Group (Belgium).
