A team headed by Frederic Deltour assisted Tony’s Chocolonely group in the framework of the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Althaea NV and De Laet International NV. Those target companies own and operate a chocolate production plant located in Borsbeek, Antwerp. They are involved in the manufacturing of a wide range of chocolate products and are the historical partner of Tony’s Chocolonely group for the manufacturing of Tony’s Chocolonely Fairtrade chocolate products.
